Paull & Scollard Pty Ltd was founded on 1st January 1981, formed by partners Stephen Paull & Michael Scollard. Prior to this both partners held senior positions in two opposing pastoral companies specialising in Stock & Station and Residential Real Estate. Based in Albury/Wodonga, our continuing goal is to be the best real estate and livestock agency servicing the local and surrounding rural communities in South-Eastern New South Wales and North-Eastern Victoria.
Our success as a company can be judged by our controlled growth along with our high market share in a very aggressive and competitive market. Paull & Scollard Pty Ltd boasts three offices, the principal office in Albury being supported by branch offices in Myrtleford and Corowa. Our office in Myrtleford has experienced steady growth and has greatly assisted in maintaining and further developing our company presence in North-Eastern Victoria. The Corowa office, located in the heart of our sheep region, gives us a presence in a vital sheep selling centre. The weekly sheep sale, coupled with our over-the-hooks and paddock sales, greatly assists in maximising returns for our clients.
Paull & Scollard employ a skilled team of licensed and trained livestock agents and real estate personnel and together this team of professionals provides the necessary presence to maintain a high level of service, evidence by results. Paull & Scollard has proven to be amongst the best when marketing livestock, rural land and residential real estate in this region.
This strong local presence is further complemented by our active membership of both the Australian Livestock & Property Agents Association and the Rural Marketing Association. An estimated 99% of all stock & station
agencies are members of ALPA, and RMA has a network of more than ninety independent agencies located throughout eastern Australia. This networking has proven to be extremely effective when looking to market or source livestock and rural properties outside the region.
